The John Daniel Centre is a Day Service for adults with a learning disability, many of the people who attend also have autism and associated physical disabilities. We are based on the outskirts of Penzance and cater for adults from the age of 18 upwards.
Everyone who attends the centre played a part in decorating the churn by making, collecting and painting items to adorn the churn. There were several different mediums used including fabrics, leather, wood, sand and clay. Some wrote a poem to go with the churn and everyone enjoyed the experience.
