I was born in Manchester in 1949

I was always interested in art and spent many hours in the town art galleries

Art was my best subject at school and have always loved painting

I moved to Cornwall in 1972 and in 1989 decided to try painting full time and with a lot of hard work and some luck I managed to make it a living of it.

I now paint what I like to paint and still really enjoy doing it
